Job Title: Shift Manager – Flour Operations
Location: Apapa, Lagos
The Job
- Coordinate and supervise packing, loading and dispatch activities
- Ensure adherence to HSE and Food Safety standard and ensure safe working environment.
- Execute scheduled routine and preventive maintenance activities and support machine modification and technical development of the plant.
- Manage staff for teamwork and effectiveness Lead good manufacturing and hygiene practice.
- Handle Stock control and reconciliation and Liaise with sales marketing, and security on plant daily operation.
The Person
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Be physically fit.
Qualification
- B.Eng. / HND in Engineering
- Training on Operations Management is an added advantage.

Job Title:Â Diesel Mechanic (Sunti Golden Sugar Estates Limited)

The Job
- Carry out breakdown repairs on site and routine maintenance in the workshop of CAT pay loaders, excavators, vibration rollers and bulldozers.
- Diagnose faults In the hydraulic and electronic systems.
- Carry out breakdown repairs on site and routine maintenance in the workshop of John Deere (JD) (2850 -8970) and Valtra (T191 & T193) tractors.
- Keep records, prepare status reports on equipment and give useful recommendations when required.
The Person Must
- Be able to work independently.

- Have good understanding of CAT, JD and Valtra engines.
Qualification

Job Title: Process Operator – Golden Pasta
Location: Agbara, Ogun
The Job
- Carry out effective operations of the process lines in order to produce standard quality products in line with SOPs.
- Program and operate the facility’s computer system that operates the machinery.
- Carry out effective process control by constantly monitoring process variables against set points.
- Receive instruction from the shift Supervisors as regards production schedule and planned maintenance.
- Follow up on and work with the maintenance team to resolve all outstanding process issues related to downtime and machine breakdown.

- Promptly attend to any electrical faults on production lines with minimum time required.
- Carry out preventives and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
